WEICON develops, produces, and distributes specialty chemical products, including adhesives, sealants, technical sprays, assembly pastes, greases, and high-quality electrician’s stripping tools made in Germany. Qualifications

- Previous hands-on experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-picking setting is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stay active throughout the workday.
- Microsoft Office experience required; ERP/CRM experience is an asset.
- WHMIS, TDG, power jack, or stacker certification are assets; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.




- Receive and verify incoming freight.
- Loading and unloading pallet shipments from trailer trucks using an electric pallet jack.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
- Schedule shipments and pickups with courier and transportation providers.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
- Assisting with training other warehouse staff as needed.
- Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and ready for daily operations.
- Work closely with office staff to support smooth order fulfillment.

Hours of WorkFull-time, permanent position based in Kitchener, Ontario. The regular schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with no weekends.
