We are passionate about all things coffee and helping people along their coffee and espresso journeys! Coffee Addicts was built on the philosophy that you can learn about and enjoy great quality coffee while still being approachable. We want people to feel comfortable asking us questions and safe enough to have fun with us!

We sell espresso machines, grinders, accessories, parts, coffee, and all kinds of coffee gear, and we ship orders all across Canada. We're a growing company, and our warehouse team plays a pretty important role in keeping everything moving behind the scenes.

Who We Need:

We are looking for someone to join our warehouse team. You'll help keep things moving from the moment inventory arrives to the moment a customer's order leaves our building.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, with a touch of personalized service
- Receiving incoming shipments and putting inventory away
- Keeping inventory organized and accurate
- Completing inventory counts and helping track down discrepancies
- Double-checking products, quantities, and orders to make sure everything is right
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, clean, organized, and safe
- Working with the rest of the team to keep orders and inventory moving
- Helping with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Working on your feet and staying active for most of your shift
- Some heavy lifting will be required (up to 50 lbs)
- Warehouse experience: an asset, but not required
- Forklift certification: an asset, but not required
- First Aid certification: an asset, but not required

Non-Negotiables:

- You must be a team player with a good attitude
- You must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented




- You need to take pride in getting things right. Accuracy is a big deal in this role
- You need to be comfortable asking for help when you're unsure of something. We'd much rather you ask than guess!
- You must be passionate about coffee. You don't need to be experienced in coffee, but you do need to be excited to learn more!
- You have to enjoy coming to work. If you're looking for a job where you just clock in, clock out, and go home, this probably isn't for you. We're continuing to build a culture drive, fun workplace to be a part of.
- You need to have a strong customer service mindset. We love people and want everyone on the team to be a top-notch customer service superstar, even when you're working behind the scenes.

The Physical Stuff: This is an active warehouse position, so you should be comfortable:

- Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods of time
- Regularly lifting and carrying products up to 50 lbs
- Bending, reaching, carrying, and handling inventory throughout the day
- Being on your feet for the majority of your shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with availability between 8 AM–5 PM
