We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and versatile Warehouse & Inventory Transfer Associate to join our team.

This is a busy, hands-on position combining regular inventory transfers between our local locations with a variety of warehouse and inventory responsibilities. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, likes variety in their workday, and is comfortable moving between different tasks as priorities change.

A key part of the position is safely and efficiently transporting inventory and supplies between Voyageur locations using a company transit van. When not completing transfers, you’ll work alongside our warehouse and fulfillment teams moving and organizing inventory, loading and unloading products, preparing transfers, scanning stock, building skids and helping with other warehouse tasks as needed.

We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic who is dependable, physically capable, organized and willing to jump in wherever needed. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day while continuing to work safely, efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

- Complete regular inventory and stock transfers between Voyageur locations using a company transit van.
- Load and unload the company vehicle, including boxes, supplies and heavier inventory.
- Ensure products are loaded securely and transported safely between locations.
- Verify products and quantities being transferred and ensure inventory reaches the correct location.




- Use handheld scanners and our inventory system to accurately record inventory movements and transfers.
- Move, organize and replenish stock throughout warehouse and fulfillment areas.
- Regularly lift, carry and move boxes, bulk products and other inventory weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Build, wrap and move skids and prepare inventory for transfer or shipping.
- Assist with receiving and putting away inventory as required.
- Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Work with our warehouse, fulfillment and retail teams to keep inventory moving accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized and safe warehouse, loading and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment where trained and qualified.
- Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed.

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a positive driving record.
- Comfortable and confident driving a company transit van throughout the local area.
- Physically capable of regularly lifting and moving boxes and inventory weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, loading, unloading and other physical warehouse work.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Able to stay productive and work at a steady, efficient pace throughout the day.




- Able to multitask and move between different responsibilities as priorities change.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and computers.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious when driving, loading, unloading and working in the warehouse.
- Forklift experience is an asset.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is dependable, takes initiative and works well as part of a team. You should be able to manage multiple responsibilities, stay productive without constant direction, and be willing to jump in and help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some additional flexibility as required.
