Warehouse Team Lead

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities and help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workplace. You’ll support the team across receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping while helping ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate the daily work of warehouse associates, technicians, and inventory staff.
- Help set priorities, monitor workloads, and meet shipping commitments.
- Provide guidance and coaching, support training, and contribute to a respectful, accountable team environment.
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Support cycle counts and inventory controls; investigate discrepancies and help resolve them.
- Promote protected work practices and maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping standards.
- Identify workflow issues and help put improvements into practice.

What you bring




- 3–5 years of warehouse experience is ideal.
- Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to balance competing priorities and support the development of team members.
- Previous team leadership experience is preferred.

You’ll do well in this role if you enjoy working alongside the warehouse team, helping others succeed, and finding practical ways to make operations more effective.

This is an in-person position based in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the workplace.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
