McAllister Drilling Inc. is looking for new or experienced personnel. We are proud of a very low turnover rate and are expanding. We are looking for great people that want to learn and grow with us. We have projects on the books into mid 2027. This is a family ran business that caters to Industrial, Municipal, and Residential work. Crew sizes range from 3-5 depending on the scope with a Schedule of 10/4 or 14/7 depending on the crew.
Class 1 & 3 (different pay scale) is an asset but not a must while a Class 5 license is a minimum requirement (drivers abstract must be provided). We offer to pay all expenses while working away from Lloydminster plus a daily bonus on top of the wage. Pay per/hr. will be based on experience & be reevaluated on a regular basis. Our home base is Lloydminster and employees must reside in the Lloydminster area.
