About Us:

Demon Powersports is a Canadian powersports and mobility organization that supports dealers and customers with reliable products and responsive service.

We operate through three divisions: Demon Powersports, our core powersports business focused on product support, parts, and after-sales service; Demon Electric, dedicated to electric mobility solutions and dealer-ready support; and Unit Sales – Segway, focused on Segway unit sales, order management, dealer communication, and after-sales support. Across all divisions, we are committed to strong dealer partnerships, practical field-driven expertise, and consistent ownership experience from purchase through long-term support.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a practical, organized coordinator to improve our websites and internal workflows. The role combines hands-on web development, research into AI and productivity or project management software, and coordination of approved implementations.

The successful candidate will work with department leads to identify needs, recommend suitable solutions, help implement them, and document measurable results. The role also provides targeted office and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of assigned company websites, including page development, content updates, navigation, forms, mobile usability, accessibility, and basic search engine optimization.
- Plan, build, test, and release website improvements using the company’s existing content management systems and approved tools.
- Diagnose and resolve website issues independently, coordinating with IT or external vendors when specialized support is required.

- Manage website requests and priorities, document changes, and use performance data and user feedback to recommend further improvements.
- Work with department leads to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and define requirements for new or improved systems.
- Independently research and evaluate productivity, project management, collaboration, documentation, automation, and AI software.
- Assess software against business needs, functionality, integration with existing systems, data handling, implementation effort, vendor support, and total cost.
- Present clear recommendations to management, including comparisons, expected benefits, limitations, costs, implementation plans, and measures of success
- Lead approved software pilots and implementation projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, vendors, testing, and issue resolution.
- Configure tools within approved access and work with IT and department owners on integrations, permissions, and technical requirements.
- Develop workflows, standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials to support consistent adoption.
- Train users, gather feedback, monitor adoption and results, and recommend adjustments after launch.
- Maintain project documentation and provide management with regular progress updates, risks, decisions required, and outcomes
- Improve the organization of shared files, records, reports, and internal documentation.

- Support related process improvement and operational projects where technical or systems expertise can improve efficiency

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in web development, business systems, software implementation, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, from identifying requirements and recommending a solution through implementation and user adoption.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and improving websites through a content management system, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, forms, and troubleshooting.
- Experience evaluating and implementing business software, preferably including productivity or project management platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM or ERP systems, AI tools, and workflow automation; experience with APIs or platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical findings, costs, and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills, with the judgment to prioritize work and escalate security or business decisions appropriately.
