Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of a high-quality products whilst supporting our commitment to excellence in fabrication .

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join metals securely according to specifications.
- Use plasma cutting tools,
- Measure dimensions precisely with tape measures, and other measuring devices to ensure accuracy
- Assemble fabricated parts into finished products verifying alignment with schematics and drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in welding (MIG) fabrication, or related manufacturing roles.




- Being able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as plasma cutters, forklifts, and machining tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- being able to lift heavy components safely.
- Valid certification in welding or fabrication is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is valued.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
