Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Welder/Ironworker/Apprentice and become a vital part of our manufacturing and construction projects! In this role, you will perform skilled welding, ironworking, and assembly tasks to construct, install, and repair steel structures, ductwork, and various metal components. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metals accurately and efficiently
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines to shape and assemble metal components
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment safely to move heavy materials and structures into position
- Measure parts with calipers and other precision tools; perform basic math calculations for measurements and layouts
- Fabricate ductwork, structural supports, or custom metal pieces following detailed schematics




- Assist with mechanical tasks such as machining parts or assembling components according to project needs
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to ensure a secure work environment

Skills

- Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG and TIG welding for various metal types
- Strong understanding of rigging procedures and mechanical knowledge of machinery and tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Experience with plasma cutting, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Knowledge of construction practices related to steel structures, ductwork installation, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with forklift operation and crane safety procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data
