We are looking to fill a part-time Wellness Services Representative position.

The Wellness Services Representative role is crucial in the successful running of the CWC’s Physiotherapy and Massage services. Based at the Wellness Desk, located in the Fitness Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring first class service to members, patients, and co-workers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates commitment and flexibility and is available to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends. Shift times will be weekdays 6:45am – 7:45pm and Saturdays 8:45am – 2:15pm. This role will consist of 4 - 12 hours on average per week.

What you will do

- Basic administrative tasks such as scanning and filing, mail/courier documents, answer and direct phone calls, etc.
- Prepare daily deposits for the Accounting department
- Greet members and patients as they arrive
- Book appointments,



processing cancellations and maintaining therapists schedules
- Take payments and provide receipts or statements
- Keep the clinic clean, organized and well stocked
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding Motor Vehicle Accident patients

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service with clear and precise communications skills
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Ability to follow through on requests in a timely manner
- Able to work under pressure and independently seek resolution to issues
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR “C” Certification an asset
- Knowledge of basic accounting an asset
- Experience in a medical office an asset
- Knowledge of Jane App an asset
