Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the wholesale operations, ensuring productive order fulfillment, and supporting our distribution processes. Your energy and precision will help us deliver outstanding service to our customers and partners.

Duties

- Receive orders from wholesale customers
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely and effectively
- Prepare accurate Invoices
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available to fill future orders
- Oversee Inventory control processes
- Maintain and expand the wholesale customer base
- On occasion,



assist in delivery of orders to customers

Qualifications Experience in general bookkeeping and applicable computer applications

Experience using Email, Work and Excel programs

Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and order picking processes

- Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts and conduct investigations for missing product
- Clear communication skills orally and in writing
- Ability to pay attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Pay: $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
