Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows and doors with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive top-quality service and products that enhance the comfort and beauty of their homes. This paid position offers an exciting chance to develop your skills in a thriving industry.

Duties

- Install new windows and doors according to schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
- Remove old or damaged windows and doors safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to complete installations




- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate placement
- Apply caulking, weatherproofing, and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and drafts
- Perform restoration work including drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, or plumbing adjustments as needed during installations
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools essential for installation tasks
- Construction experience with a focus on related trades
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
