Join our Grounds Maintenance & Snow Division!

Winter Sidewalk Crew Member – Seasonal (5 Month Contract)

You are self-motivated, and have the ability to operate a variety of winter equipment and tools in a safe manner. You are knowledgeable in key aspects of snow removal and have the ability to manage a adaptable schedule. The Winter Equipment Operator will be required to provide assistance to the Crew Leader.

Requirements

● Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

● Previous sidewalk snow removal experience.

● Exceptional team player.





● Use of company property in a respectful manner and returning the property to where it belongs when tasks are complete.

● Moderate physical strength and stamina.

● Excellent judgement and adaptability.

● Reliable transportation.

● Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

● This role requires flexibility and availability for on-call shifts, including being available on Christmas and Recent Years.

Your duties will include:

● Snow removal on all sidewalks as assigned by the crew leader.

● Ability to use various snow removal equipment including snow blowers, shovels etc.

● Ensure all sidewalks are left safe for pedestrians to traverse.

● Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.

● Follow all policies and procedures while working at all company locations and client sites.

● Communicate issues with or damages to equipment to management and property management/owners.

● Operating necessary equipment, tools, and vehicles.

● Other duties as assigned by Management.
