In this pivotal role, you’ll support the operational deployment of the Infios Warehouse Management System and oversee the enhancement of inventory management practices.

You will work closely with warehouse teams, providing training and troubleshooting support, while leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support Infios WMS across Canadian facilities
- Conduct comprehensive training for operational staff on WMS
- Provide issue resolution and troubleshooting for WMS processes




- Collaborate with operations to ensure effective traceability
- Draft and revise key documentation for WMS use Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics or related experience
- Solid understanding of inventory management protocols
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Canada and the US Advance WMS capabilities and support operational excellence at the Reyes Family of Businesses through effective deployment and training.
