- Support account reconciliation efforts by reviewing ledger entries and resolving discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial transactions and identify trends or issues
- Help prepare budgets by organizing financial data and supporting forecasting activities
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring accurate data entry





Skills

- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis techniques
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
