CryptoInfoline is looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to support Workday Financial Management projects and client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge of Workday Finance combined with a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.

The consultant will work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, support Workday Finance solutions, participate in testing and enhancements, and provide functional support throughout implementation and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with Workday Financial Management modules and related functional processes.
- Analyze and support core finance processes, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Expenses
- Asset Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate finance and accounting requirements into effective Workday Finance functional solutions.
- Support Workday Finance configuration, enhancements, and business process changes.
- Participate in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, process flows, requirements documentation, and functional specifications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues.
- Analyze defects and coordinate with technical teams when required.
- Work closely with finance users, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Support Workday Finance implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation,



and functional quality checks.
- Provide functional guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Support documentation and knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in Workday Finance / Workday Financial Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance business processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Workday Finance / Workday Financial Management is required.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Expenses
- Asset Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Experience with requirements gathering and functional analysis.
- Experience with functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Experience preparing functional documentation, test scenarios, process flows, and requirements documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, finance teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite in Oshawa, Ontario.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Finance configuration experience.
- Experience supporting Workday Finance implementations or production environments.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Workday Finance certification.
- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting from a functional perspective.
- Experience with finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
