- Implement student-centered and inclusive practices
- Conduct trauma-informed assessments for effective support
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Design and deliver personalized therapeutic programming
- Actively engage within the school setting Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work; master's preferred
- Registration with the Manitoba College of Social Workers required
- Current School Clinician Certificate in Social Work needed
- Valid Class 5 driver's license necessary
