Join M’Chigeeng First Nation as a Youth Program Facilitator. Deliver programs that enhance life skills and promote cultural awareness for children and youth. In this full-time role, you will create and execute engaging programming aimed at improving children and youth's well-being.

Reporting to the Child & Youth Coordinator, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure activities are culturally relevant and effective. Your involvement will be key in planning events and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate after-school and summer programs with cultural elements
- Organize creative activities like homework and art nights
- Develop and implement current youth-led community initiatives




- Ensure safety while engaging participants in programs
- Maintain comprehensive records related to program effectiveness Requirements:
- Two-year diploma in related field preferred
- Experience in community youth work
- Understanding of First Nation customs and practices
- Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
