Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selections, including alcohol, mixers, and related merchandise
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and sales processing
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Verify legal age requirements for alcohol purchases using ID checks, adhering strictly to local regulations
- Handle cashier duties with professionalism, including cash handling, balancing registers,



and processing refunds or exchanges
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via in-person interactions or over the phone

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with merchandising and POS systems preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Organizational skills to keep the store tidy, well-stocked, and compliant with safety standards
