About the Company

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized manufacturing company. They’re looking for a skilled TIG Welder/Fitter to join their team in the afternoons in Mississauga. This is a excellent opportunity to work with a passionate team in a clean, modern facility.

Your Responsibilities

- Lay out, fit, and fabricate stainless steel components
- Apply your knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Build products according to engineering specifications
- Plan and complete full-cycle welding operations

Our Offer

- Competitive hourly rate: $22.00–$40.00, based on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Benefits package after 3 months

Our Requirements

- 3-10 years of TIG welding experience using a foot pedal
- TIG welding on sheet metal (required)
- Experience working with stainless steel




- Fabrication environment experience (an asset)
- Laser welding machine experience (an asset)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
