Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our grocery store operations.

We are a registered AIP business.

Currently hiring for both Robins Donuts and Gasbar

Duties

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering duties including cash handling and processing credit/debit transactions.
- Assist in merchandising efforts by restocking shelves, organizing displays, maintaining product presentation standards and food prep.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer needs.




- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills both in-person and over the phone to provide assistance and information to customers.
- Perform duties in a team work environment.
