We are looking for someone with robust phone sales experience who understands the mobile phone industry and is familiar with iPhone, Samsung, and other smartphone parts and LCD products.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to repair shops, wholesalers, and business clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote and sell mobile phone parts, OLED/LCD screens, accessories, and repair solutions
- Follow up with existing customers and generate new leads
- Answer customer inquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with the sales team
- Stay updated on new products, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements

- Previous experience in phone call sales or telemarketing
- Knowledge of cellphone parts, LCD/OLED screens,



and repair industry products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and closing sales over the phone
- Experience with iPhone and Samsung parts is a strong asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English required (Arabic is an asset)
- Sales-driven, organized, and motivated personality
