Join Fraser Valley Child Development Centre as a Facilities Coordinator. This role focuses on building operations and project management in Abbotsford, BC.

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will report directly to the Manager of HR & Operations and be responsible for the operational and maintenance needs of multiple FVCDC facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building repairs and a commitment to safety protocols while managing contractors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee facilities requests via the helpdesk system
- Inspect buildings for maintenance and safety concerns
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Liaise with property managers and contractors for services
- Manage planning and execution of facilities projects

Requirements:

- High school completion or equivalent
- Two years in commercial or institutional building operations
- Certificate in Facility Management or related field
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Basic First Aid certification from Work SafeBC
