Our client, with a legacy of over 40 years, seeks an individual with robust sales and service experience in personal lines. You will manage daily operations for a team of five experienced Account Managers, facilitating interactions with top-tier clients and premium carriers such as Prestige and Chubb.

This role requires a strategic mindset towards both team mentorship and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high-net-worth clients and coordinate quotes
- Direct group insurance strategies for existing accounts
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers
- Assist with the recruitment and training of recent staff
- Work with producers on high-end submissions and sales

Requirements:

- Must hold a RIBO License
- Min. 5-7 years in an insurance brokerage setting
- Experience with luxury carriers and personal lines
- Strong leadership and business growth abilities
- Power Broker experience is a beneficial asset
