Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Senior Product Owner (traditional Product Manager-level responsibilities) for a Big 5 banking client. This role focuses on owning and adjusting an existing product roadmap (and eventually creating new roadmaps)



for a digital business banking product, ensuring successful partner and technology integration. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a product roadmaps.
Own the vision, roadmap, delivery and lifecycle of an open banking initiative for small business customersTranslate business priorities into explicit product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPrioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing strategic and tactical needsPartner daily with engineering, data science, design, and analytics teams to deliver valueDrive stakeholder alignment, product adoption, and usage across the organizationMonitor product performance, remove blockers, and continuously improve customer experienceEnsure solutions are desirable, viable, scalable, and responsibly builtLead delivery teams on roadmaps, leading agile pods through ceremonies and sprints (backlog refinement, sprint planning and execution).
