Role Summary : The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful execution of multiple ecommerce development projects. Acting as the primary client-facing representative for Bevy, this person will cultivate solid and lasting client relationships by ensuring seamless communication, delivering regular updates, and addressing high-level project needs with professionalism and care. They will also provide leadership and mentorship to internal project managers, ensuring alignment with best practices and company processes. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to oversee multiple projects while fostering trust, collaboration, and satisfaction with clients. Key Responsibilities: Primary Client Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple projects,



developing trust and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a strategic view of client needs and priorities, ensuring projects deliver maximum value. High-Level Project Management: Oversee multiple projects at a high level, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure success. Lead Client Meetings: Lead recurring project calls with customers, providing updates and gathering feedback. Expand Engagement Value to Clients: Identify opportunities to expand project scope and secure or renew retainers, collaborating with internal teams and leadership to drive additional value for clients. Client Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the client within Bevy, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on track. Resolve Escalated Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients. Mentor Project Managers: Mentor and guide internal project managers, helping them improve their workflows and adhere to Bevy’s project management standards.
