We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent our Bridges of Langdon showhome and support our growing team. What You'll Be Doing

Engage with visitors, provide information about available homes, and assist with general inquiries. Respond to emails and phone calls from potential homebuyers. Schedule and manage client appointments. Assist in preparing pricing details for home builds. Showhome Operations

Greet visitors and create a welcoming environment. Ensure the showhome is presentable and organized. Provide basic details about home models, pricing, and availability. Administrative Support

Maintain and organize client files, records, and documents.



Update and manage internal databases and reports. Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Prior experience in sales, administrative, or customer-facing roles is an asset. Real estate, home building, or sales experience is required.
