In-home caregiver – private home – SiMi… family

Terms of employment: This job is for a full time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is March 1, 2026.

Language requirement: French or English.

Salary: Wage offered is between $19 and $23 per hour.

Location: SiMi… lives in Beaconsfield, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by. The major intersection is Briggs Ave and Valleymede Dr.

Duties may include:

- 1- This job is to help with the care of two children.
- 2- Supervision of children when parents are not at home
- 3- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise




- 4- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
- 5- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- 6- Bathe children, change diapers, and lay them down for rest periods as needed
- 7- Plan, prepare and serve meals for children. Kitchen clean-up is also required
- 8- General housework that will include doing laundry and some ironing.
- 9- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

- 1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education
- 2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
- 3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
