Genesis Experience Manager – Acquisition
who combines sales and finance expertise with a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalized customer experience.
You’ll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase journey—from understanding their needs and presenting Genesis vehicles to arranging financing, protection products, and final documentation.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers make confident decisions while creating a
seamless, transparent, and personalized Genesis ownership experience .
The Genesis Experience The Genesis experience goes beyond the vehicle. It’s about building trust, understanding each customer’s needs, and delivering a level of service that feels personal, professional, and effortless.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and build genuine, long-term relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend the right Genesis vehicle and purchase options
Present Genesis vehicles, features, benefits, and the ownership experience
Conduct professional and safe test drives
Guide customers through the complete purchase process
Explain and arrange financing and leasing options
Present relevant insurance, warranty, and vehicle protection products
Prepare accurate sales, finance, and lease documentation while ensuring compliance
Maintain customer records and follow-up through the CRM
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Stay current on Genesis products, incentives, lender programs, and industry requirements
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:
Automotive sales and/or finance experience is an asset
3-5 years of experience in a luxury, premium, hospitality, or other customer-focused environment is considered an asset
Successful candidates must meet applicable provincial licensing and registration requirements, including any required automotive sales or finance-related approvals
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules as required
Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills
Professional, polished, and confident approach to customer interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to explain financial products clearly and transparently
High level of integrity and commitment to compliance
Willingness to learn and continuously develop product, sales, and finance knowledge

Compensation:
The salary range shown reflects potential total earnings based on commission, with the opportunity to earn above the stated range based on performance.
