Rainbow Day Nursery is looking for an Inclusion Support Staff member who can create a supportive learning workplace for preschool children. The role involves essential responsibilities, including helping manage daily routines and engaging with children to foster independence and social skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families and the team to support each child’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a caring atmosphere for children
• Identify and address emotional triggers effectively
• Create strong relationships with families
• Assist in planning daily learning activities
• Collaborate with other educators to reach program goals
Requirements:
• Must be available during centre hours
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to assist with daily care tasks
• Knowledge of child behavior strategies
