and evolving training technologiesWhat We’re Looking For7–10 years of progressive experience in learning & development, professional education, training programs, or continuing educationExperience leading teams within a fast‑paced, high‑volume learning environmentProven success managing revenue‑generating training or educational programs with direct P&L; responsibilityStrong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy, creativity, and operational executionExperience working with or sourcing subject matter experts across multiple disciplinesExcellent networking, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skillsStrong understanding of up-to-date learning methodologies and multi‑channel content deliveryExperience developing programs related to technology, AI, leadership, HR, or business skills is highly desirableExceptional communication, presentation, and leadership capabilitiesWork EnvironmentHybrid work modelOffice located in TorontoWhy This Chance?This role offers the chance to shape the future of professional learning within a growing and evolving organization.
