You will be responsible for providing counseling and psychosocial support to employees at Raglan Mine.Provide care and follow-up for employees in need of psychological support.Provide crisis intervention for clients on-site.Collaborate with the various teams at the mining site to manage different cases.Support the psychosocial integration of new arrivals.Participate in the implementation and promotion of mental health support programs.Profile RequiredHold a bachelor’s degree in social work or psychologyHave 5 years of relevant experience working with local communitiesBe a member of a recognized professional associationBilingualism in French and English is essentialWorking knowledge of Inuktitut is an assetRAGLAN MINE : THE BEST OF ALL WORLDSLocated on the northern edge of Quebec, in Nunavik, Raglan Mine operates some of the richest nickel mines in the world.
