Position: Lawyer (full-time, in office)

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario

Practice Areas: Family law. Interest or experience in estate law and/or fertility law is a benefit.

Role & Responsibilities: You will manage your own family law files, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a supportive team of experienced family lawyers. The ideal candidate is comfortable in the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, can draft and review legal documents, and is capable of independent work but also looking to be part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing family law files from intake to resolution
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
- Drafting pleadings, agreements,



motions, conference briefs, etc.
- Legal research
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients
- Working collaboratively with colleagues

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 1 to 5 years of experience in family law (new calls with articling experience in family law will be considered)
- Solid advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
