Summary

The Seasonal Operations Specialist supports store operational and inventory activities to ensure efficient stock flow and presentation. This temporary role manages incoming and outgoing shipments, replenishes the sales floor, organizes the stockroom, and collaborates with sales and operations teams to maintain store standards and security. The Specialist contributes to accurate inventory control and timely communication to support sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and transfers accurately to optimize inventory flow.
- Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition; report discrepancies.
- Maintain organized,



labeled stockrooms and an optimized warehouse layout for accessibility.
- Coordinate with external couriers and the operations team to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery.
- Prepare products for display and implement security measures through inspections and audits.

Requirements

- 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; solid knowledge of inventory control.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
