As the Little Owls Coordinator, you will directly shape the skiing experience for young children while supporting their instructors in a comprehensive manner. Your leadership, educational strategies, and organizational skills will provide excellent support to families and staff alike. Working with a focus on sustainability and community values, you will help foster a memorable atmosphere for present and future generations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily operations for the Little Owls program • Guide and assess instructors to enhance their skills • Organize and lead training sessions for recent instructors • Manage changes and ensure smooth activity flow • Evaluate children’s performance and safety

Requirements: • AMSC Level 1 Certification and relevant experience • Functional proficiency in French and English • Ability to inspire and lead others effectively • Commitment to quality and teamwork • Capacity to work outdoors continuously
