and professional development/educational reimbursements. Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact This is a senior management position reporting to the CFO. As a key leader in our organization the incumbent will: Establish and maintain compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements and internal control frameworksand oversee risk management practices related to financial operations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to the parent company for SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K). Ensure all company financial practices are compliant with laws, regulations and legislation in all countries of operation. Gather and consolidate financial data from all operating entities. Mentor and coach the central accounting and reporting, tax, and cash management and accounts payable team. Provide leadership and ownership of company-wide accounting, reporting, costing and budgeting. Collaborates closely with the Parent Company’s Corporate Controller group to ensure alignment with consolidated financial reporting, compliance, and internal control standards. Lead financial planning, forecasting strategies and practices to improve profitability and cash flow. Coordinate cash flow forecasts and liquidity reporting for parent company consolidation by Treasury group. Support intercompany funding, debt compliance, and cash management reporting. Drive and lead improvements and developments to financial and other systems, including S4HANA. Provide timely and reliable financial statements of the Company, on a statutory basis in each country, and US GAAP basis for BWXT reporting, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and relevant accounting standards across all countries. Lead the Scientific Research and Development Program (SRED) and ensure the SRED claim is maximized for the company, as well as R&D programs worldwide. Ensure
