The driver will be responsible for predominantly operating a Tanker Trailer, and on occasion may operate other types of trucks that fit their license such as a Box Truck, Van Trailer and Vacuum truck. Perform pre/post trip inspections
• Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation of vehicle, carriage of goods, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, customs and immigration
• Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely and professionally, obeying all traffic rules at all times
• Assist in plant when not driving, including shunting, loading and unloading tankers
• Provide customer focused services in all activities and maintain positive working relationship




• Respond to emergencies and help with the spills clean-up
• Housekeeping to maintain a safe work area and clean truck
• Overtime, as required
• 5 years of AZ or 10 years of DZ commercial driving experience
• Box truck experience is required.
• Must have tanker/liquid transport experience
• Must be customer service oriented
• Experience with border crossing an asset
• Experience with transport of manifested materials an asset
