Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all data entry related to producing a schedule for various teams and officesAssign engagements to individual team members by integrating the workflow management system with the scheduleWork closely with leadership on resource planning and deploymentAnalyze and recommend staffing decisions based on engagement risk, skills, timing, continuity and geographic considerationsManage staffing conflicts with all relevant parties, providing alternative staffing recommendations and escalating issues, as appropriateMaximize utilization by identifying imbalances and negotiating and reallocating resourcesParticipate in the orientation of new hires by providing an overview of the staffing process and operating modelLiaise with client-serving professionals to determine development needs and identify engagement and learning opportunities,
