Leading recruitment for law school candidates and articled clerks, you will refine sourcing strategies that attract diverse talent. The role requires a strong understanding of data analytics to better inform recruitment methods.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct end-to-end recruitment from needs assessment to offers • Build and manage solid sourcing strategies for candidates • Lead recruitment for law students and articled clerks • Ensure positive workflows and experiences for candidates and managers • Analyze trends in recruitment data for ongoing improvement

Requirements: • Minimum three years of recruitment experience required • Skilled in talent sourcing and candidate assessments • Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and processes • Background in legal or early-talent recruitment preferred • Relevant certification in recruitment is an asset
