Metco Installation Services is seeking an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to support and oversee warehouse racking installation projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of racking systems, project coordination experience, and the ability to work closely with clients, site teams, and project managers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate warehouse racking installation projects from start to completion.
- Review project drawings, layouts, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, crews, and site requirements.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, installers, and other contractors.
- Identify and resolve project or site-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain project documentation, updates, and required records.




- Ensure work is completed in accordance with safety requirements and project specifications.

Skills & Experience

- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, warehouse racking, material handling, or industrial installation.
- Racking Knowledge: Strong understanding of pallet racking and warehouse storage systems.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Organization: Robust scheduling, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate professionally with clients, crews, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify project challenges and coordinate practical solutions.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable working with email, project documentation, spreadsheets, and related software.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with project managers, installation crews, clients, and contractors.
