FLINT is seeking skilled Labourers for a temporary maintenance position starting September 7, 2026. This role requires candidates to have prior experience with skid steer as well as the ability to complete physically demanding tasks. Preference will be given to local candidates; however, out-of-area applicants willing to bear relocation costs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steer for maintenance tasks
• Deliver physical labor assistance as required
• Follow safety protocols and complete tasks efficiently
• Communicate effectively in English with colleagues
• Submit to required drug and alcohol testing
Requirements:
• Must have skid steer and physical labor experience
• CSTS-2020 safety certification mandatory
• Able to perform demanding job tasks
• Reliable transportation necessary to reach the site
• Clean 5-year driver’s abstract with valid license
