Become the friendly face of American Eagle as a Part time Brand Ambassador in Tsawwassen, BC. Your role is to enhance customer experiences and foster brand loyalty through personalized service.
As an integral part of our brand team, you will interact with customers using the AEO Selling Model to ensure they find exactly what they are looking for. This role requires flexibility across different store areas, passion for AE & Aerie products, and commitment to company values. You'll be trained to confidently convey product knowledge and resolve any customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage effectively with guests using AEO Selling Model
• Provide detailed product education to customers
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program




• Help in various roles across the store as needed
• Resolve guest issues while adhering to company policy
Requirements:
• Enthusiastic about AE and Aerie merchandise
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Must manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
