They are seeking a Bilingual Coordinator to oversee an intensive, live-in youth mental health program designed to support individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges.This program offers structured, short-term residential support focused on stabilization, treatment, and transition planning. It operates in collaboration with external partners and aligns with provincial standards and regulatory requirements.Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Coordinator is responsible for the overall leadership, clinical oversight, and day-to-day operations of the program.What You Will DoStaff & Program LeadershipLead recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management of staffProvide regular individual and group supervisionOffer clinical guidance to team members and oversee file qualitySupervise clinical staff, including psychotherapy support where applicableOversee daily operations, staffing coordination, and program deliveryFacilitate team meetings, case reviews, and internal discussionsSupport scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing coverageContribute to program development, evaluation, and quality improvementCollaborate with internal teams and external service providersParticipate in public education and community engagement activitiesEnsure compliance with policies, legislation, and regulatory standardsParticipate in on-call rotationClinical OversightMonitor client care plans, case management,
