In this 15.5 hours per week position, the Coordinator will operate within Hive Health Services’ interdisciplinary team to address barriers to HIV access. Utilizing a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach, you will help foster trust and build vital connections with individuals at risk. Solid interpersonal skills and a commitment to social justice are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community outreach to marginalized populations
• Strengthen relationships within community organizations
• Deliver culturally sensitive support and navigation assistance




• Help clients connect to essential health resources
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic support
Requirements:
• Familiarity with HIV service access barriers
• Relevant lived experience with target communities
• Emergency First Aid and CPR certification desired
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to engage vulnerable and underserved groups
