Join our team as a Food and Beverage Catering Server, responsible for ensuring outstanding service at catered events. Your role will involve both food preparation and direct guest interaction.
This position focuses on the efficient delivery and service of food and beverages at various functions. You'll prepare buffet tables, assist with event setup, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Your ability to organize effectively and provide friendly service will enhance our guests’ experiences across all events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and prepare food for catered functions
• Log and monitor food temperatures consistently
• Assist with table preparation and buffet arrangement
• Serve guests and manage their drink needs
• Clean catering areas and maintain equipment
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler Certificate mandatory
• Relevant experience of at least 1 year
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of working efficiently in a busy setting
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
