Shape employee success as a Human Resource Generalist at the Museum, focusing on HR program delivery and operational support. This role includes compliance and employee engagement coordination.

In the role of Human Resource Generalist, you will report to the Director of People and Culture. You will deliver effective HR services, support managers and staff throughout the employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Your efforts will directly enhance the Museum’s working setting by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding activities • Administer employee records and benefits systems • Manage performance evaluation and development programs • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and communication
