Job Description Delivery Coordinator - Macleod Trail Toyota

Macleod Trail Toyota is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team!

This is GREAT way to get your foot in the door to a Sales role!

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and complete

new, used, and CPO vehicle deliveries , ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Provide comprehensive

vehicle walkthroughs , explaining features, technology, controls, and operation.

Complete

delivery checklists, second deliveries, and required follow-ups

to ensure customers feel confident with their vehicles.

Conduct detailed

pre-delivery inspections

and ensure every vehicle is clean, charged, properly merchandised, and showroom-ready.

Welcome customers and provide a

dealership walk-around , introducing them to our Parts and Service departments.

Follow up with customers regarding

reviews, surveys, and CSI feedback

to support an outstanding ownership experience.

Coordinate

home deliveries and transport drop-offs , while assisting customers and Service with technology-related questions.

Support dealership operations by assisting with

vehicle movement, Lot Team coverage, and Demo vehicle organization

when required.

Manage

plate registrations and Demo vehicle records , ensuring everything is accurate and organized.

Create engaging

dealership social media content

and help showcase our vehicles, team, and customer experience.
