Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Venue Event Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality, preferably in large‑scale venues. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events at our venue.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and specific needs.


• Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and run‑of‑show documents.


• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.


• Monitor event budgets and recommend cost‑effective solutions.


• Conduct site tours, client meetings, and pre‑event briefings.


• Oversee event, setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring high‑quality standards.






• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and provide prompt resolutions.


• Collect post‑event feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.


• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in event coordination or hospitality.


• Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
