As a Server, you will engage with residents and guests to provide exceptional dining experiences. Apart from serving, you will set tables, assist with the cleanliness of the dining area, and engage in special occasions that enhance community spirit. Contribution to the orientation of new staff is a valued part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals with care to residents and guests
• Set and clear dining tables efficiently
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean
• Participate in themed events and catering
• Help train recent culinary employees
Requirements:
• Food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Must be able to perform physical tasks
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Vulnerable Position Screening current or willingness to obtain
