TERRITORY MANAGER Ontario and Western Canada THE POSITION Reporting to the National Sales Director - Canada, the Territory Manager is responsible for driving business growth across Ontario and Western Canada. The successful candidate will develop new accounts, strengthen relationships with distribution partners, and oversee the overall performance of the territory. This field sales role requires regular customer interaction, disciplined opportunity pipeline management, and the ability to professionally represent protective, customized, and technical packaging solutions. TERRITORY AND WORK ARRANGEMENT Primary territory: Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, as well as other Western Canadian provinces and territories, as required. The ideal candidate would be based in Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia. Home-based position combined with field sales activities. Regular travel by car and air throughout the territory. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development and Customer Acquisition Prospect, qualify, and convert current customers among distributors, value-added resellers, integrators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and end users through customer visits, product presentations, and lead-generation activities. Identify strategic accounts, requests for proposals, and high-potential projects in the industrial, energy, aerospace, medical, technology, telecommunications, defence, and public safety sectors.
