Eataly is looking for a Restaurant Host to ensure each guest's experience starts and ends on a high note. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating patrons while efficiently managing the flow of the dining area. You will report directly to the Restaurant Managers and be instrumental in maintaining an organized seating chart and waitlist during peak service times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and seat guests promptly
• Manage the waitlist and maintain reservations
• Communicate guest needs to service staff
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Assist servers and bus persons as needed
Requirements:
• Over one year of experience in a busy restaurant
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
